Shipping Policy
At Luxiloom, each order is carefully prepared with love and attention. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been scanned and accepted by the post office.
Please note that processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for supporting Luxiloom. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery. To help us assist you, please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the damage
Clear photos showing the issue
Each case will be reviewed, and if the damage is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. If the product is determined not to be damaged, a replacement or refund will not be issued.
In some cases, we may choose to issue a store gift card instead.
Please note:
“Damaged” refers to cracks, leaks, or container malfunctions. Minor variations such as air pockets, texture differences, or slight color changes are normal due to the handcrafted nature of our products and do not qualify as damage.
